AI objection practice for sales teams

The sale starts at “no.”

Every buyer pushes back. Great reps aren't the ones who never hear it. They're the ones who have already beaten it a hundred times. Sales Sparring gives your team those hundred times, with an AI buyer who pushes back like the real thing and a coach's scorecard after every round.

The truth about selling

Objections aren't in the way of the sale. They are the sale.

Talent doesn't close deals. Repetition does. Reps get good by hearing “no” over and over. Better they fumble here than on your company's dime.

That's more than we wanted to spend.

Reps panic, drop the price or reach for a discount before they've found out what the buyer actually cares about.

Let us think about it.

The stall that sounds polite and ends the deal. Most reps accept it and leave without a next step.

I need to talk to my spouse.

A buying decision gets pushed to someone who wasn't in the room, unless the rep knows how to handle it.

How it works

Hear it. Handle it.
Get better.

01

Hear it

Type what you sell and to whom. Pick the situation (cold call, booked appointment, walk-in or follow-up), the objection to drill and how tough the buyer is.

02

Handle it

Type or talk. The customer reacts to your opening. Build rapport and they soften; rush the pitch and they dig in, just like on a real appointment.

03

Get better

A coach's read on what worked, what to sharpen and a better line to try next time. Scores for the opening and the objection, tracked over time.

What's inside

Built for the way you actually sell.

Most sales training tools are built for software sales teams. This one is built for reps who sell at the kitchen table, on the showroom floor and over the phone.

Buyers who fit your business

Sell windows to a homeowner and it plays a homeowner. The AI builds the customer from what your rep is actually selling.

Objections tailored to your pitch

One click turns your offer into the six objections a real customer would give, not a generic script.

Three levels of tough

Reasonable, guarded or "trying to get you off the phone." The app suggests when a rep is ready to move up.

Talk it out loud

Reps can speak their answers and hear the customer's replies. It's practice for the way they actually sell.

Remembers weak spots

After each round it updates each rep's recurring weak spot, like "folds on price after one pushback," and the next round leans on it.

Team leaderboard

A little competition goes a long way. Reps see where they stand, and managers see who's putting in the work.

For managers

Coach the whole team without riding along.

You can't sit in on every appointment. Now you can see who's practicing, where each rep is weak and what the coach told them. Then spend your one-on-ones on what matters.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do my reps need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Reps sign up with your invite link and they're in.

How realistic is the AI customer?

It plays the buyer you describe, reacts to how your rep opens and holds to the objection and difficulty you choose. Warm, curious openings soften it; jumping straight into the pitch doesn't.

Can my reps see each other's coaching notes?

No. Reps see their own rounds and the team leaderboard. Managers see their own reps' rounds and notes. No other company sees any of it.

What happens in a demo?

We walk you through a live practice round built around what your team sells, show you the manager view and answer your questions. If it's a fit, we'll help you get your team set up.

Does it work for my industry?

If your reps sit across from a buyer and hear objections, yes. Type what you sell and to whom, and the practice is built around it.

Is there a limit on practice?

Each rep can do up to 40 rounds a day. The count resets at midnight Pacific time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel online in a few clicks and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Yearly plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy.

How long is a round?

Usually three to five minutes. That's short enough to squeeze one in before an appointment, and newer reps can run several back to back to build confidence fast.
